It was such a pity our stay in Cape Town was so short. There were so many places where I still wanted to go th find photographs. Ah well, I know I will go there again… Just hope I will have more time to go out shooting. I’m glad that I had an opportunity to shoot along Muizenberg’s beachfront, even though the conditions were not ideal – according to my criteria. Even so, I was able to get some very pleasing images.

I love the way Montecasino in Johannesburg has been themed. While walking around there I feel as if I have been transported to an old Mediterranean town or village. I really enjoyed myself capturing the photographs shown here.

These are landscapes photographs which I made from images taken with a Canon 350D during 2014 at Hartbeespoort dam, Pecanwood Golfing Estate as well as in the Pretoria and Johannesburg area.

This is an APSC camera with a resolution of 8 megapixels. Even though most would consider this resolution to be too low to produce great images, I disagree. Since I upgraded to a 24 megapixel camera at the beginning of the year, I still use this Canon 350D as a backup camera.
